What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns, as each order that we fulfill is customized and made on order.
What if I receive Damaged product?
Incase, if you receive damage product you can contact us on WhatsApp or on email to raise the concern, our team will look into the matter and replace the order if required.
How long does delivery?
Once the preview is finalized from your side, we start making it, making your nameplate takes 3 to 4 working days. After that your order gets packed safely and then shipped. After shipping your order gets delivered in 4 to 6 days or 6 to 8 days depending on the type of shipping you choose at the time of placing order.
Is Cash On Delivery available?
We do provide Cash on Delivery (COD) but partially. if you place the order with COD option, our time will contact you for Partial payment. we will take some amount as advance and proceed with making of your order. And rest remaining amount can be paid on delivery once you receive your order.
Can I see a preview before it's made?
Yes, once you place the order, our team will contact you within 24hrs and provide you preview. Ones you confirm the preview. we will be starting the making
